Ye Old Elixir for the Soul

Back in the day, my father came home with a strange Cthulhu-looking root, which he put in a boiling pot and fermented for days. Leaning over the cauldron, he told us it could heal and make us live forever.

We, of course, thought he was crazy.

But maybe there is some truth to this weird magical drink after all...


Feeling under the weather, I tried this:

Kombucha (kom-BOO-cha) Gingerade

"Full of enzymes, antioxidants, probiotics, vitamins, amino acids, and no added sugars or preservatives."

This stuff is some hardcore medicine, all in a fizzy peach-colored drink! And there is one ingredient listed, foreign to the grocery store usual:

"100% Love."

Now, how could anyone go wrong with that?
